WHO we support?

We work with anyone who has a need for an assessment / report, assistance with setting up care, advocacy or advice. Primarily, our customers are Solicitors, Members of the Public, Local Authorities and Professional Deputies seeking robust assessments and court compliant expert reports.

WHY we do it?

We are passionate about supporting people and using our significant experience and expertise to support people through the maze of social care.

For professionals, we partner with you, as independent experts, to support your clients and achieve their goals.

For the public, we are very aware that people generally only need support from a social worker at difficult / challenging times in their lives. We have the experience and knowledge to assist you. Many GPs or Local Authorities no longer provide some of the services they used to, for example, carrying out a mental capacity assessment and completing the necessary COP3 (Part B) form when you are applying for a Deputyship. Our range of services have evolved and increased as the usual organisations step back from providing these key services.

We recognise that people often need direction, advice and support when navigating the Care System and Immigration matters. It can be a very challenging, confusing and stressful. We have worked within these systems for many years and we understand the  jargon and how the social care / immigration systems work (or do not work).

We will provide you with the knowledge, information and guidance in order for you to feel confident to navigate the system.
